Overview

DYDZ independent host hydraulic pushing support device is installed between the host and the strong beam of the hull structure. Its function is mainly used to reduce the natural frequency generated during the operation of the host, thereby reducing the impact of the host vibration, reducing the deformation of the hull, and improving The comfort of ship navigation. It is flexible with respect to the thermal expansion of the main engine and the longitudinal and lateral displacements caused by the loading of the vessel.
DYDZ Type hydraulic top bracing stand-alone type of M/E are installed between the engine and the hull, to reduce the natural frequencies of the engine,lower the impact of the vibrations,reduce the deformation of the hull and improve the comfort of the ship sailing. The hydraulic top bracing units are flexible to thermal expansion of the engine and longitudinal and lateral displacement of various loading conditions of the vessel.
The standard configuration of the independent host hydraulic push support device is installed on the starboard side (exhaust side) of the host. If it is convenient, it can also be installed on the port side (camshaft side), but it only needs to be installed on one side. Mainly suitable for MAN B & W, WinGD, Wartsila, Mitsubishi, Doosan and other low-speed hosts. The standard installation method has 2 cylinders, 4 cylinders or 6 cylinders, and the specific number depends on the cylinder diameter and cylinder number of the main engine.
The standard installation is on the starboard side of the engine, but port side installation can alternatively be used if this is more convenient. Installation is only necessary on one side,mainly for MAN B & W, WinGD, Wartsila, Mitsubishi, Doosan and other low-speed engine. The standard installation features two、four or six top bracing units, depending on engine size and cylinder number.
