Overview
DCZL,SCZL single and double-barrel heavy oil filters are manufactured according to Q/320601PN005 standard.
This series of products is suitable for heavy fuel filtration of diesel engines.
Among them, SCZL double-cylinder heavy oil filter has the characteristics that when the pressure drop reaches the specified value, it can be switched to another cavity without shutdown to make the heavy oil filter smoothly.
The lower part of the two filters is equipped with a heating chamber, which can be fed with steam or hot oil to keep the heavy oil warm. The filter can be equipped with a differential pressure display, alarm function of the differential pressure transmitter, so that when the pressure drop reaches the specified value in a timely manner to clean the filter element.There are two common series of double-barrel heavy oil filters:
(1) SCZL XX AZ: The filter element adopts candle type filter element, which has small flow resistance and is easy to clean.
(2) SCZL XX B: Heavy oil filter with manual backwashing device. The cover series is an improvement on the basis of AZ series. Air source components are added. Compressed air can be used to perform pneumatic backwashing on the filter without removing the filter element.Model Description
