    Overview Overview


    SBL semi-automatic cleaning filter is mainly used for filtering fuel, lubricating oil and diesel oil to filter out dirt insoluble in oil to ensure the cleanliness of the oil. Other occasions can be used according to the conditions.
    The filter is a candle-type filter element, which has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low original pressure and convenient cleaning. Working pressure 0.6~1.0Mpa, working temperature ≤ 150 ℃.
    SBL type semi-automatic cleaning filter is mainly used for fuel oil,lube oil and diesel oil which can filter insoluble oil contamination to keep the oil clean.On other occasions it can be used according to conditions
    Filter element type is candle type,the filtration is high and original pressure is small.It is easy and convenient to clean.The working pressure is 0.6-1.0Mpa,working temperature≤150℃

    1. Characteristic Features:
    When the pressure drop of the filter reaches the specified value, the filter can be cleaned without stopping as long as the handle is manually turned back and forth several times. Filter mesh material is 1Cr18Ni9Ti
    When the filter pressure drop is up to the required value we can just rotate the handle manually for several times.Material of filter screen is 1Cr18Ni9Ti.

    2. Working characteristics and cleaning methods Working characteristics and cleaning methods
    When the filter works normally, it can work in two chambers at the same time or in a single chamber. When the handle is in the vertical position, the two chambers work simultaneously; when the handle is in the right (left) position and the horizontal position, the left (right) chamber works normally.
    Cleaning method
    Left cavity cleaning: quickly rotate the switch handle from the vertical position to the left by 60 degrees, flush instantaneously for 1-2 seconds, rotate the handle back and forth several times, and then turn the switch handle back to the vertical position to complete the cleaning of the left cavity.
    Right chamber cleaning: quickly turn the switch handle to the right from the vertical position by 60 degrees, flush it instantaneously for 1-2 seconds, turn the handle back and forth several times, and then turn the switch handle back to the vertical position to complete the cleaning of the right chamber.
    When the filter element needs to be removed for cleaning, if the handle is turned 90 degrees to the left from the vertical position, the left cavity will stop working and the right cavity will work normally. At this time, the left cavity can be removed for cleaning; if the handle is turned 90 degrees to the right from the vertical position, the right cavity will stop working and the left cavity will work normally. At this time, the right cavity can be removed for cleaning.

    3. Precautions for use
    When the filter is used to filter heavy oil, light diesel oil should be introduced to flush the heavy oil in the filter before the shutdown after each use, so as to prevent the heavy oil from condensing on the surface of the filter element assembly after the temperature drops, which will affect the next use.
    Filter can work simultaneously with two chamber and also can work with single chamber.When the handle is at vertical position the two chambers work together.When the handle is at the right(left)position or horizontal position,the left(right)chamber works.
    Cleaning methods
    Left chamber cleaning:The handle at the vertical position can be quickly turned left of 60°and the left chamber can be transiently flushed for 1-2 seconds.Turn the handle back and forth for several times and then back to vertical position.The left chamber cleaning is complete.
    Right chamber cleaning:The handle at the vertical position can be quickly turned left of 60°and the right chamber can be transiently flushed for 1-2 seconds.Turn the handle back and forth for several times and then back to vertical position.The right chamber cleaning is complete.
    When the filter element needs cleaning,please kindly turn handle from the vertical position to the left 90°.The left chamber stops working and right chamber works normally.At that time the left chamber can be dismantled for cleaning.Rotate the handle from the vertical position to the right 90°.The right chamber stops working,the left chamber works normally and right chamber can be dismantled can be dismantled for cleaning.
    Precautions for use
    When the filter is used for heavy fuel oil,we should pour in the light diesel oil to keep the chamber clean every time before hauling.If not,heavy fuel oil will condense on the surface of filter element at lower temperature and affect next usage.

    Note: The filter can be installed upside down and connected to the outside through 4 bolts in direction A.
    Ntoe:Filter can be installed inversely and connect four bolts and outside world via A.

     
    Note:
    1. It is connected with the outside world with 4 bolts without base B. The inlet and outlet are at the bottom of the body and go out after moving forward.
    2. The two holes on the base near the handle are both inlets, and the remaining two holes are outlets. During installation, the inlet and outlet on the left and right sides can be arbitrarily selected, and the remaining inlet and outlet can be sealed with blind hole flanges.
    1、It can work without base B and connect four bolts and outside world via A.Inlet and outlet is on the bottom of the body,front-in and back-out.
    2、Two holes on the base near the handles are all inlets,other two holes are outlets.Inlets and outlets on both left and right side are optional when mounting.The left inlets and outlets can be blocked by blind flange.
