Overview Overview

The coarse water filter at the suction inlet meets CBM1061 standards and is widely used in seawater or fresh water pipeline systems of ships, power stations, chemical industry and sewage treatment plants. The suction inlet before installation and pump is sometimes used as primary filtration after pump. The working pressure is ≤ 0.2Mpa.
Absorbent crude water strainer is to comply with standard of CBM1061,which is widely used for vessel,power plant,chemical industry,water sewage treatment plant or fresh water piping systems.It is installed in the suction inlet in front of the pump and sometimes used as a primary filter.Working pressure≤0.2Mpa.
(1) The body and cover of the coarse water filter are usually made of Q235A plate, and can also be made of SUS304 according to user requirements, and the filter cartridge is usually made of SUS304.
(2) ratio of filter cartridge channel area to nominal diameter> 3
(3) The general working pressure of the filter is ≤ 0.2Mpa.
(4) The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are usually hot-dip galvanized, and the coating thickness is ≥ 20μm. The outer surface of the shell can also be treated with tar epoxy, and the inner surface is treated with plastic plating or attached with rubber lining.
(5) Flanges generally adopt CBM1012 standards, and can also be manufactured according to the standards selected by users.
(6) If you need to exceed the scope of the CBM1016-81 standards of the coarse water filter, I plant can also design, contract supply. Special working pressure ≤ 0.4Mpa, or nominal diameter of 600,700,800,900,1000,1250,1500,2000 and other specifications.
（1）Body and cover of crude water filter are usually made of Q235A plate.We can also adopt SUS304 standard to produce it according to users’ requirements.Usually,filter chamber is to comply with the standard of SUS304.
(2) Filter chamber channel area/nominal diameter＞3.
（3）Filter normal working pressure is ≤0.2Mpa.
(4) Usually，external and internal surface of filter adopt hot galvanizing and coating thickness≥20μm.The external surface of filter can also adopt epoxy-tar coating；internal surface can adopt plastic plated treatment or rubber lining.
（5）Generally，flange adopts CBM1012 standard and can also be produced according to customers’ requirements.
（6）We can also produce and provide the crude water filter beyond the scope of CBM 1016-81 standard.Special working pressure≤0.4Mpa，or nominal parameter is 600,700,800,900，1000,1250,1500,2000，etc.
