Overview Overview
The cleanliness of the liquid fuel, lubricant or coolant used is critical for equipment that needs to operate without trouble for a long time. The self-cleaning filter adopts a multi-filter element structure, which is suitable for a variety of liquid media such as fuel, lubricating oil and emulsion and ensures sufficient filtering capacity. In addition, this series of filters can simultaneously filter and automatically backwash while maintaining a constant system pressure, thus achieving uninterrupted operation under unattended conditions.

Design Principles Design principle
The RZFL100 filter has a plurality of individual filter chambers within the housing, each of which is provided with a respective filter element assembly to provide a large filter area.
The design of multiple filter chambers of the filter provides the condition that when the filter element of one filter chamber is full of dirt, another clean filter chamber takes over its operation. Through the electric control box to control the motor, solenoid valve and other components, backwashing action can be triggered according to the pressure difference or time, the process is extremely fast and thorough, to ensure that the filtration process and backwashing process synchronous, independent of each other.
Each filter chamber of the filter is filtered and backwashed one by one, and the design of the multi-chamber filter constitutes the circulation movement mode in the whole filtration process.
The RZFL100 filter features multiple individual filtering chambers within the shell, each equipped with its own filter element assembly to provide a large filtering area.
The design of multiple filter chambers in the filter provides the condition where when the filter element of a certain chamber becomes clogged with dirt, another clean chamber takes over its function. The motor, solenoid valve, and other components are controlled by an electric control box, and the backwash action can be triggered by pressure difference or time, with a very fast and thorough process, ensuring that the filtering process and backwash process proceed simultaneously and independently of each other.
Each filtering chamber in the filter performs filtering and backwash one after another, and the design of multiple chamber filter constitutes a cyclic motion mode throughout the entire filtering process.Filter contour

Work process Working process
1. Normal filtering state
The filtered liquid enters the inlet (①) at the bottom of the filter, flows through the shell (②), and flows into the filter element (③) from the outside to the inside, in which impurities greater than the specified filtering accuracy are retained by the filter screen, and the filtered clean liquid flows out from the outlet (④) at the upper end of the filter.2. Backwashing State With the increase of working time of the filter, more and more impurities are trapped on the filter element, which leads to the continuous increase of the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter. When the pressure difference reaches a certain value, the differential pressure transmitter will send a signal to switch on the reduction motor (⑤), the rotary valve (⑥) will switch from the spare filter chamber to the filter chamber to be cleaned, and the slide valve (⑦) will move, the backwashing compressed air enters the upper filter chamber through the hollow flow channel (⑧) of the rotary valve and promotes the liquid to flow reversely through the filter element to wash away the dirt adhered to the outside of the filter screen and discharge it from the open sewage outlet (⑨).
After a short period of backwashing, the slide valve is reset, and the sewage outlet and backwashing air inlet are closed. The filter chamber emptied by backwashing is resupplied and waits for the next cycle of backwashing.
This type of filter is also equipped with a heating chamber (⑩), which allows steam or hot oil to flow through the heating chamber while filtering heavy fuel oil, thus providing a heat preservation function for the inside of the filter.Normal filtering state:
Liquid enters the filter at the bottom inlet (1), flows through the shell (2), and enters the filter element from the outside to the inside (3). Impurities larger than the specified filtering accuracy are retained by the filter mesh, and clean liquid after filtering flows out from the upper outlet of the filter (4).
Backwash state:
As the working time of the filter increases, more and more impurities are trapped on the filter element, causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter to continue to rise. When the pressure difference reaches a certain specific value, the pressure difference transmitter sends a signal, turning on the decelerating motor (5), and the rotary valve (6) transfers from the standby filter chamber to the filter chamber that needs to be cleaned. The slide valve (7) moves, and compressed air flows through the air passage in the rotary valve (8) into the upper filter chamber and urges the liquid to flow reversely through the filter element, flushing off the dirt adhering to the outside of the filter mesh and discharging it from the open drain port (9).
After a short period of backwash, the slide valve returns to its original position, closing the drain port and backwash air inlet. The filter chamber that has been emptied due to backwash is refilled with liquid and waits for the next backwash cycle.
This model of filter is also equipped with a heating chamber (10), which can be used to heat the filter interior while filtering heavy fuel oil by allowing steam or hot oil to flow through the heating chamber, providing insulation for the filter.
