The use of marine hydraulic winch for lifeboats is composed of motor, reducer, speed regulating brake, centrifugal clutch, drum, safety protection device, etc. The flange motor is installed on the side of the reduction gearbox. The drum is of welded structure and is symmetrically arranged on both sides of the reduction gearbox. Geji gear splash lubrication and governor brake are the main components of marine hydraulic winch. Its main function is to limit the descent speed of the lifeboat within the specified speed range. The centrifugal clutch can be automatically engaged or disengaged according to the rotational speed of the motor.

Marine electric winch
When starting the boat, start the motor. When the motor reaches speed, the clutch will automatically engage and rotate the drum through the gear transmission of the reduction box, and then rise with the wire rope.
During the ship lifting process, if a power failure occurs or the lifeboat needs to stop rising, as long as the motor is turned on and off, the brake wheel will immediately rotate in the direction of releasing the ship. At the same time, the brake disc will also fall due to its own weight and close to the brake wheel. Due to the eccentric effect of the eccentric sleeve, a large braking torque will be generated to make the marine lifeboat stay in the required position. There is no danger of the ship's lifeboats falling to the surface due to power failure.
When releasing the boat, just lift the brake handle, and the eccentric sleeve connected to the brake handle will rotate an angle. However, the brake disc on the eccentric sleeve cannot rotate under the action of the stop block, and can only move horizontally and separate from the brake wheel, that is, the brake is released. At this time, the lifeboat automatically descends according to its own weight. At the same time, the centrifugal governor rotates with the brake wheel in the direction of the release ship, and the speed control block of the governor presses outward against the governor housing due to centrifugal force, generating friction torque, which plays a role in speed regulation and controlling the descending speed of the marine lifeboat.
The working principle of marine hydraulic winch is very simple. The above is the way we explain how it works for you.
