2. Check whether each transmission system of the working brake is flexible and reliable, and adjust the clearance between the brake shoe and the brake wheel when the brake is released is not more than 0.7-0.8mm.

3. Check whether each transmission system of the safety brake is flexible and reliable, and adjust the clearance between the brake shoe and the brake wheel when the brake is released is not more than 1.5mm.

4. Check whether the control appliances of the working brake and the safety brake are interlocked with the main motor, that is, start the working brake of the main motor to release the brake, stop the main motor to brake the working brake, and only the safety brake can release the brake to start the main motor.

After the installation of the gangway winch is checked and adjusted and confirmed to be correct, each lubricating part can be lubricated with oil, and no-load test run can be carried out. After winding, load operation can be carried out and gradually loaded to the rated load. Under the standard voltage, the current does not exceed the rated value, and the motor, reducer and other parts do not generate heat.
